Over the past five years the Civil War Trust has been acquiring and restoring land on a battlefield long-lost to development. Now the Civil War Trust is attempting to buy 3 acres at the HEART of the Franklin Battlefield. With this purchase, a proper battlefield park will be established and the memory of thousands of fallen soldiers will be honored. THE CWT has an opportunity to match every dollar they receive with $14 in matching grants!

30 November 2014 is the 150th anniversary of this tragic and pivotal battle. In an attempt to assist with this preservation effort, ACW Gamer: The Ezine will be donating 10% of all sales from now until  30 November 2014 to the Civil War Trust. This will also include all subscription renewals and extensions.
