Hello All,

   I am putting out a call for articles for the ACW Gamer’s new sister magazine, which currently has the working title “Forging a Nation.”

 This will cover America’s other Black Powder wars such as the French and Indian War, Pontiac’s Rebellion, The American Revolution, the War of 1812, etc, up until the end of the Plain’s Wars when metallic cartridges and repeaters became the norm.  Other smaller conflicts such as the Mormon War, New York gangs, Bleeding Kansas, will be welcomed as well.

The Ezine will have the same format as ACW Gamer and will feature scenarios, rules, reviews and tutorials.  I am very excited about this project and hope that you will be able to participate.  The publication date for Issue 1 will be 15 March 2015 (the anniversary of Guilford Court House) so I would like to have submissions no later than 1 Feb 2015.

Also, don’t forget, the ACW Gamer Gift Guide comes out on Black Friday and the terrain special comes out on 15 Dec 2014.
